Prices exclude VAT. Starter becomes read-only after one week. Team has a minimum of one editor seat; seat changes are prorated. Upgrade from the workspace billing page and cancel through Stripe.
Pricing questions
Who counts as an editor?
Anyone with the owner, admin or member role while editing is unlocked. On Team, viewers remain free and do not count as paid seats.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your one bowtie and every feature remain viewable, but the whole workspace becomes read-only. After your subscription is activated, editing resumes with your existing membership roles.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Organisation owners can open the Stripe billing portal from the workspace billing page. Your existing bowties remain readable after a subscription ends. Seat counts follow your owner, admin and member memberships, with prorated changes and a minimum of one paid seat.
What does Enterprise add?
Everything in Team, with onboarding, assurance support and service levels tailored by agreement. Google sign-in is available today; enterprise SSO is not currently included. Email us to discuss your requirements.
