Pricing questions
Who counts as an editor?
Anyone with the owner, admin or member role — people who can create and change bowties. Viewers get the full read-only picture, and you can invite as many of them as you like on every plan, free.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account drops to the free Starter plan automatically — no charge, nothing deleted. You keep one bowtie with the full canvas, barriers and escalation factors. Upgrading to Team in-app restores everything else the moment you need it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing runs monthly through Stripe and you manage it yourself from the in-app billing page — upgrade, cancel, change seats. Your data stays readable on the free plan.
What does Enterprise add?
Everything in Team plus onboarding with your methodology, audit and assurance support with an SLA, and a say in the SSO roadmap. Email us and a person replies — no sales sequence.
